Just a couple of pictures of worship tonight!! It was incredible and we are only beginning. Everything went smoothly this afternoon and we are all settled in for the night.

We will be washing cars for donations. We need to bring our own supplies ( I will send a list at the end of the week). You may sign up for a shift or stay the entire time. Donations collected will be distributed by the amount of time you work and the number of people working. All monies collected will go to your DR and/or Camp account.

If for some reason you do not attend camp or the DR trip the money you earn will go to the general trip account to be distributed as needed.

If you are not attending camp or the DR trip you are still welcome to come join us as we wash cars. Just let me know when you want to help out.

Backpacks for the Homeless

STUDENTS

We will meet at the church office on Saturday, February 27 at 9:00 am to fill the backpacks, you will be assigned to a group and then hit the streets to distribute the packs. Let me know if you have any questions or need more information.

Items for Backpacks

100 bags (monetary donations needed to purchase the bags)

100 small jars of peanut butter (80 jars needed)

100 toothbrushes (50 more)

100 tubes of toothpaste ( 85 more)

100 travel size shampoo, conditioner, lotion, mouthwash

100 chap sticks (50 more)

100 washcloths

100 towels (85 more)

100 breakfast bars or snack bars (individually wrapped)

100 "FREE" food coupons or gift cards to local area restaurants (McDonald' s, Wendy's ...)

100 bottles of water

100 pairs of white socks

100 rain ponchos

100 pocket size New Testaments
